Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
- Country refers to the United Arab Emirates.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) refers to ALZANTRA International FZ-LLC and its Affiliates, associates, and related parties, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
- Service refers to the website and consultancy services offered.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-party social media service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed or made available by the Service.
- Website refers to ALZANTRA, accessible from www.alzantra.ae.
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service, referred to as “Client.”
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with ALZANTRA, a UAE-based consultancy offering licensing, recruitment, PRO services, digital marketing, medical equipment supply, facilities management, and regulatory advisory. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services and Engagement
1.1 General Services
ALZANTRA provides professional consultancy and facilitation services tailored to your needs, including but not limited to:
- Licensing and regulatory approvals (DHA, MOH, DOH, FANR, DED)
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- PRO and government liaison services
- Digital marketing and growth solutions
- Clinic build and transfer
- Medical equipment supplies
- Facilities management
- Online training and compliance support
The nature, scope, and timeline of services shall be confirmed through written proposals, invoices, or agreements.
1.2 Third-Party Payments
We may process payments to government bodies, legal authorities, banks, or third-party vendors on your behalf. Such payments do not imply our control over final decisions made by these authorities or entities.
2. Our Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Professional Conduct
We will provide services with due care, skill, and professionalism in line with UAE regulations.
2.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid directly to us for the specific service. We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party decisions, government delays, or regulatory changes.
2.3 Information Accuracy
We provide accurate information at the time of engagement but do not guarantee against external regulatory amendments.
2.4 Third-Party Changes
We are not responsible for fee or policy changes introduced by government or third-party entities.
2.5 KYC & AML Compliance
Clients must provide accurate KYC documents (ID, proof of address, company papers, source of funds, etc.). We reserve the right to reject or terminate services if documents are incomplete, fraudulent, or indicate AML/CFT risks.
3. Client's Rights and Responsibilities
- Compliance: Clients must comply with UAE laws and regulations.
- Use of Services: Services are for the Client’s use only, non-transferable without written consent.
- Payments & Documentation: Clients must provide accurate documents and timely payments.
- Third-Party Terms: Clients must adhere to terms of government authorities and third-party service providers.
- Indemnification: Clients indemnify ALZANTRA against losses caused by regulatory changes, delays, or non-compliance beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Most services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Fee Structure: Fees are outlined in agreements or invoices, expressed in AED unless otherwise stated.
- Invoicing & Disputes: All undisputed invoices must be paid on time; disputes must be raised in writing.
- Adjustments: Fees may change due to client delays, scope changes, or government requirements.
- Third-Party Fees: Clients are responsible for all external authority or vendor charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Cancellation by the Client must be submitted in writing; refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Government fees, third-party expenses, and already-initiated services are strictly non-refundable.
6. Exit Policy
- License transfer or cancellation requests require a handling fee of AED 5,000.
- All original documents must be returned; lost/damaged documents may require a police report.
- Outstanding installments must be cleared prior to license cancellation.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, war, or strikes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
10. Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to first attempt informal resolution with ALZANTRA by contacting us at [email protected]. Failing settlement, disputes will be referred to Dubai Courts.
11. Effective Date & Updates
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1st September 2025. We may update them at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
