Refund Policy

At ALZANTRA, we value transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This Refund Policy has been developed to safeguard the rights of both parties and to clarify our stance on payments, services, and refunds.

Being a service-based consultancy and advisory firm, ALZANTRA invests significant time, expertise, and resources into every engagement. Therefore, fees paid for our professional services are treated as compensation for the knowledge, effort, and consultancy provided.

General Policy

All payments made to ALZANTRA are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Fees are considered earned once services have commenced, regardless of the stage of completion.
Payments are to be made in advance, except where post-dated cheques or another acceptable guarantee of full payment has been provided and approved.

Right to Suspend Services

ALZANTRA reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in cases where any outstanding amounts are owed by the client. Services will only resume once all dues are cleared.

Non-Refundable Fees

Professional service fees (management consultancy, recruitment advisory, licensing consultancy, government liaison, or digital marketing services).
Competent Authority fees (including MOH, DHA, DOH, FANR, DED, or other UAE government authority fees).
Cases where the client has failed to provide complete and correct documentation or information.
Cases where government authorities reject or do not issue/renew a license or permit.

Third-Party Payments

Any payments made to third parties (including but not limited to government authority fees, legal or attorney fees, vendor charges, recruitment-related costs, or investment amounts) fall outside ALZANTRA’s responsibility. Refunds for such payments are subject strictly to the independent refund policies of the respective third party, and ALZANTRA shall not be liable.

Management Consultancy Fees

Management consultancy fees are considered advance payments and are deemed earned against the consultant’s time and expertise. Refunds will only be considered if the agreement is terminated by ALZANTRA for cause before services are initiated.

Success Fees and Commissions

Any success fee, referral fee, brokerage fee, commission, or repatriation once earned is strictly non-refundable.

Final Authority

ALZANTRA management reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis.
